Burlington, MA and Arlington, VA (October 13, 2009) - S4 Inc. has been awarded the contract to support U.S. Central Command's (CENTCOM) strategic communication framework and develop its implementation in coordination with the Interagency support for the Afghanistan/Pakistan communications project.

S4 will support CENTCOM with subject matter expertise in military, diplomatic, political, social and economic issues as well as the application of new communication technologies and research/assessment methodologies.
